Uncovering the stories that make us who we are.
Genealogy has always been quietly waiting for me in the background of my life. My mother was an avid genealogist—for her, it was a deeply beloved hobby. Some of my earliest memories are of tagging along with her on research trips, watching her carefully piece together the fragments of our family's story.
But it wasn't until late 2023 that the spark truly caught for me. What started as a quiet curiosity suddenly bloomed into a deep, consuming passion. I finally understood the profound healing and connection that comes from knowing exactly where you come from.
I specialize in complex global research, with a particular focus on German and Norwegian records. It takes immense patience to decipher old historical scripts and navigate international archives, but there is nothing quite like the thrill of finally breaking down a genealogical brick wall.
When I am not immersed in an archive, you can usually find me at home with my husband, Adam, and our dog, Nymeria.
